Was looking to get a new system installed in my vehicle with the possiblity of adding a backup camera to another. After finding this business vis Google Maps, I was dismayed to find that this particular location will not be open for several months, even though they have hours listed. As Gettysburg is a little far to run for this, I am taking this as a sign from above to just do the install myself. BTW, as of 1/1/2026, it still list hours to which I've made an update recommendation. I also noticed that your actual website has a full blown heralding of your NOW open new location on Industrial Highway on York! On the positive, the associate I talked to while standing in the parking lot where the store was supposed to be was nice.

I called for four speaker installation for my used subaru crosstrek. Spoke with John, who runs the shop. Answers the calls, did my installation. Always very professional and pleasant to talk to. He did a is superb job with the whole experience. He showed me all the quality speakers that would work great for my radio. Job was done in a timely matter and outstanding care of my vehicle. I highly recommend this place and and talk with John. Very affordable for the quality and work that was given. And it sounds amazing.. highly recommend.

Very disappointed in this place! The owner installed a new radio in my SUV, but never connected everything. We were returning customers but will never return again! For 3 months straight I had to call to set up an appointment so the radio can be installed correctly and all I ever got was "Maybe next week"...it got to the point where I just gave up. Now I'm passing my vehicle to someone else and come to find out, not only did the owner install the radio wrong, he cut wires to my rear DVD player, never connected the factory Amp, and a piece to my DVD player is broken and he "fixed" it by screwing the 2 pieces together. Now I see why he never had time to finish the installation. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never bring any of my other vehicles there! If you're looking for a place to install radios or anything else, keep looking!!

Great work, took my truck in to have all the speakers replaced and a new dvd head unit installed, came out great and much nicer then expected, clean look and sounds amazing too. Reasonable prices and great products to choose from. Would highly recommend 💯
